Do you have experience creating digital branded content in a corporate environment? The Ottawa Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications professional for the role of Content Writer.
This is a Temporary Full-Time Contract until approximately March 31, 2023.

The salary range is $35.62/hour to $41.92/hour.

What you will bring
University degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field;
A minimum of four (4) years’ experience creating digital branded content in a corporate environment;
Experience partnering with teams to define, build, and maintain web experiences that are critical to growth, engagement, and retention;
Knowledge and experience with social media platforms;
Knowledge and experience with Project Management best practices;
Proven success in creating compelling, persuasive, engaging professional branded content;
Direct knowledge of SEO, web marketing experience (analytics, lead capture, and marketing automation);
Strong knowledge of marketing platforms and technology stack (Google Analytics & Tag Manager) as well as other common applications and social media tools (Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere);
Specialized knowledge of content management systems, best practices in digital media and be technically proficient in Drupal, WordPress or have an ability to learn other content management systems.
Eligible to work in Canada.
You will stand out with
Knowledge of communications in a unionized- health care setting preferred;
Experience creating branded content for print preferred;
Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
