Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Governance, Marketing & Communications, this role is accountable to develop, implement and manage an integrated marketing and communications strategy that drives the success of the organization’s strategic plan and vision.
Key Outcomes & Responsibilities
You will lead the company's corporate brand strategy; working with key stakeholders - to connect, elevate and partner with customers and credit unions - , the Concentra team, and external vendors to design and implement strategies for market-positioning, market segment value propositions, and digital/social media. Success in this position is focusing on the company’s brand messaging, development of a digital marketing strategy and directing teams in the conceptualization and production of campaigns. You are a strong and dynamic visionary that keeps up to date on all the latest digital, has strong presentations skills and brings great ideas to the table; especially social media innovations. You have managed internal teams and outside agencies and know how to leverage research data analytics and key relationships to inform strategies and cultivate understanding and awareness of the organization's differentiators.
