Heath Applebaum, ABC, MCM is the global-award-winning President of Echo Communications Inc. a reputation management consulting firm based in Toronto. Heath is also a PR Professor at the University of Guelph-Humber and the current Director of Education for CPRS Toronto. He has been developing successful reputation strategies and advising top companies around the world for the past 20 years. @echocommunicate 


Dr. Terry Flynn is an Associate Professor of the Department of Communication Studies & Multimedia, he is also the architect and Program Director of McMaster University’s innovative Master of Communications Management (MCM) program. He is recognized worldwide as one of Canada’s leading PR researchers, following an impressive 20-year consulting career. He is a former National President of CPRS, a current Board member of both the Institute for PR, and the A.W. Page Society. @TerryFlynn

Sarah Leone is an Account Director for Strategic Objectives and prides herself on developing and executing holistic communications programs that surprise, impact and engage consumers, top-tier media, and key influencers. A self-proclaimed industry chameleon, she has led campaigns for a variety of global brands in the retail, automotive, food, travel, CPG, fashion, beauty, design, agriculture and not-for-profit sectors. @sarahkleone

Donna Lindell is a Professor and Program Coordinator in the Post-graduate PR Program at Centennial College. Donna has held many leadership roles in the PR industry over more than 25 years. She has spearheaded global communications efforts and was named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40. She holds a Masters of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University.


Victoria Baker is an Account Executive at NKPR, a leading North American PR, artist management and digital agency.  A recent star graduate of the PR program at the University of Guelph-Humber, she thrives on delivering breakthrough campaigns for her clients in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, technology and food industries. @Victoriaabakr
