Advocacy and Ethical PR Committee

The National Advocacy and Public Relations Committee is dedicated to researching and creating CPRS policy on key issues facing the industry.

It is the mandate of the National Advocacy and Public Relations Committee shall be responsible for the oversight of the Advocacy and Public Relations Program of the National Society and Committee and Council communication work plans as approved by the Board.

The Committee shall also comprise the core membership of the CPRS Advocacy and Issues Management (AIM) Standing Committee, and shall be responsible for managing and implementing the Advocacy and Issues Management Policy, in consultation with the National President and Executive Director.

Members of the Committee shall be responsible for liaising with their assigned region to oversee the implementation of the CPRS National communications strategies and tactics at the Local Society level.
